Cheese filled Ciabatta Bread

1 Woolies ciabatta loaf
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2T finely chopped rosemary
6T onion marmalade
2 x 125g traditional camembert
Cut 2 rounds out of the ciabatta bread, being careful not to cut all the way to the bottom, leaving a perfect space for the cheese. Keep the bread that’s been removed for dipping into the cheese.
Add some garlic to the bread followed by some of the rosemary and half the onion marmalade. Add the cheese and place on a baking tray.
In an oven preheated to 180C. add the bread and allow it to cook for 15 minutes or until the cheese is perfectly cooked through and melted with a light brown top. Add the remaining onion marmalade and serve with the reserved bread.
As an option you could also serve this with fresh cut veggies
