Bread pudding waffles

Leftover Festive berry croissant bread pudding from the day before (if there is any left)
15-20 soft toffees
¼ cup- ½ cup Clover cream
Clover Classic Custard
Preheat a square waffle and grease generously with spray and cook. Spoon about 4 tablespoons of the pudding or enough to make 1 waffle into the iron. Cook until golden and crisp.
While the waffles are doing their magic, combine the toffees, cream and about two pinches of salt and a saucepan. Heat until the toffees are melted and the sauce is well combined. Add more salt if necessary.
Serve the bread pudding waffles with Clover Classic custard and the salted caramel sauce.
