Boerewors Cheese Burger and Chocolate Milk
1 packet of boerewors
Cheddar cheese sliced
One burger bun lightly toasted
Remove boerewors from the casing and shape into large patties. Lightly toast the inside of the burger bun.
Slice tomatoes and gherkins.
Fry the burger patties.
Lay 2 slices of cheddar over the Pattie in the last two minutes of cooking time to allow cheese to melt.
Put a thin layer of tomato sauce on both sides of the bun. Place lettuce on bottom bun, top with Pattie and add garnish and top bun.
For the chocolate milk:
Put 4 spoons of nesquick, 250ml of milk and 3 ice blocks in a blender and pour.
