Berry Burst Overnight Oats

Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus soaking time

INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Clover Fruits of the Forest Berry Burst
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
Fresh mixed berries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, Clover Fruits of the Forest Berry Burst, almond milk, chia seeds, flax seeds, and vanilla extract.
Add honey or maple syrup if you'd like it a bit sweeter.
Stir the ingredients thoroughly, then cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
In the morning, top your oats with mixed nuts and fresh berries.
Stir the oats, add more Clover Fruits of the Forest if desired, and enjoy.
