Ingredients
1kg beef trotters
2 beef stock cubes
3 tbsp BBQ spice
3 tbsp curry powder
50g brown onion soup packet
salt to taste
Method
Wash trotters thoroughly. In a pot on medium heat, add water to the pot but do not cover the trotters fully. Add the veggies and spices and cook until the trotters are soft and the meat falls off the bone. Serve hot with your preferred sides.
