Bakers Snacktime Chilli Cheese Balls

Bakers Snacktime Chilli Cheese Balls

1½ cups smooth cream cheese
70g matured cheddar
70g crumbled feta
3T finely chopped chives
1t smoked chilli flakes
2T chilli sauce

For the biscuit crust

200g Bakers Snacktime Biscuits selection, roughly crushed
50g finely grated parmesan cheese
1T white sesame seeds
1T smoked chili flakes

Combine the cream cheese with the cheddar, feta and chives. Add the chilli flakes and chilli sauce before mixing together and shaping into either small portions or one large ball. Place in the fridge to set.
Prepare the crust by combining the Bakers Snacktime Biscuits, parmesan, sesame seeds and chilli flakes together before adding to a baking tray and baking in an oven preheated to 180C for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and allow the crust to cool to firm.
Roll the cheese in the crust ensuring the cheese is well coated. Serve the cheese ball with fresh cut crudité
