Bakers Provita Snack Bombs

2 cups plain cream cheese
1T dried chives
1t smoked chili flakes
1 lemon, zested
Freshly ground black pepper
1T linseeds, crushed
1/2 poppy seeds
1T sesame seeds, toasted
2 Provita multigrain, pounded to a fine crumb
2 Provita ancient grain, pounded to a fine crumb
2 Provita wholewheat, pounded to a fine crumb

To a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, dried chives, smoked chili flakes, lemon zest and freshly ground black pepper. Combine until all the ingredients are combined.
Using 2 tablespoons mold together a rough ball out of the mixture before shaping into a ball by hand.
In a separate mixing bowl combine the crushed Provitas before adding the cream cheese balls. Roll in the crumb until perfectly coated and serve as a snack bomb to keep you going through the day.
