Bakers Good Morning Rusk Rocky Road

150g dark chocolate
150g milk chocolate
2T butter
2T golden syrup

For the fillings
4 chocolate chip Bakers® Good Morning rusks, broken into chunks
6 toasted coconut marshmallows, cut into chunks
100g thin pretzels
50g toasted almonds, roughly chopped
Add the chocolate and butter to a bowl along with the golden syrup. Place the bowl over pot of simmering water, allowing the chocolate, butter and syrup to melt together until smooth and well combined.
Add the crushed rusks, marshmallows, pretzels and almonds stirring through to combine and to coat in the chocolate mixture.
Add the mixture to a dish that’s been prepared with non-stick kitchen spray then place it in the fridge to set for 3-4 hours or until set and firm.
Once firm cut into squares and serve, or store in an airtight jar to preserve.
