For the icing
3 large eggs
½ cream of tartar
4 ¾ cups icing sugar
Bakers Choice Assorted biscuits, a selection

Add the egg white in a clean bowl along with the cream of tartar before beating until stiff peaks are reached. Slowly begin adding the icing sugar in batches while beating through until all the icing has been added forming a thick icing.

Add the icing to a piping bag with a small hole cut at the end.

Using various Bakers Choice Assorted biscuits of the same type, ice together 4 walls and letting it set before adding 2 biscuits to the top to form a triangle roof. Using the same icing glueing on other biscuits to add detail, and also to create icicles and a frosted look to the houses.
