Bakers Choice Assorted Festive Rocky Road

200g Bakers choice assorted biscuit range, roughly chopped
200g dark chocolate, melted
100g milk chocolate, melted
5T golden syrup
2 candy canes, crushed
100g peppermint crisp
100g mini marshmallows
6T chocolate coated popping candy
Baking paper for wrapping
Add the Bakers Choice Assorted biscuits to a large mixing bowl along with the melted chocolate, golden syrup, crushed candy, peppermint crisp, mini marshmallows and finally the popping candy.
Mix it all together to ensure every ingredient is coated in the chocolate before adding to a dish lined with baking paper to set in the fridge until firm. About 1 hour.


Remove the rocky road from the dish and cut into squares. Using the baking paper cut into pieces to wrap the rocky road like little candies before serving.
