Bakers Choice Assorted Festive Chocolate Salami

200g melted dark chocolate

300g melted milk chocolate
400g Bakers Choice Assorted biscuits, a selection, finely crushed
4T good quality cocoa
Combine the chocolate with the Bakers Choice Assorted biscuits until a loose sand like texture is formed. Place the crumb on a surface covered with cling wrap before rolling in the plastic cling wrap to form a sausage like shape, pressing and turning the sides in to secure the shape.
Place in the fridge or set until firm this should take about 1 hour. Unwrap the chocolate log and slice into thin slices before serving.
