Bakers Good Morning Chocolate Chip Rusk Pudding

450g Bakers Good Morning Rusk - Choc chip
2 free range eggs
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 cups milk
1 cup evaporated milk
Demerara sugar to sprinkle over
Custard to serve
Add whole Bakers Good Morning Rusks to a baking dish before mixing the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Pour in the milk and evaporated milk and mix through.
Pour the liquid over the rusks and allow it to soak for 30 minutes. Depending on the size of the dish you might need to pour in extra milk.
Preheat your oven to 180C. Sprinkle over some sugar and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden on the top. Serve with custard on the side.
