Artichoke and Parma ham flatbread

Artichoke and Parma ham flatbread

1kg prepared bread dough
180ml chilli and garlic stir through pasta sauce
Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
100g chargrilled marinated artichokes
150g fior di latte
70g serrano ham
4T balsamic vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
basil to garnish

Roll out the dough before spreading the chilli and garlic sauce over. Drizzle over some olive oil and place in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and crisp at the bottom and perfectly cooked through.
Once the base is out the oven, add the artichokes, fior di latte and ham. Drizzle over some balsamic vinegar followed by, extra virgin olive oil and give a seasoning of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with basil leaves before serving.
