Parma Ham and Camembert bake
1x 70g Parma Ham
1 Camembert (WW ready to bake or Le Rustique)
4 Spring Onions, finely chopped
Bread (French loaf) and Breadsticks for dipping
Place the spring onions and Parma Ham in the middle of cheese and bake for 15min on 200˚C. Serve hot with fresh bread or breadsticks. It’s quick and easy and great for winter!
Uccelli Scappati (Birds that Fled)
1x 70g Parma Ham
100g Comtè, grated
½ punnet Fresh Sage
4 Free Range skinless chicken breasts
125ml Double cream
The chicken breasts need to be flattened so that they are very thin. Place a fresh sage leave in the centre of the chicken breast, along with a piece Parma Ham and grated Parmigiano Reggiano (putting some aside to garnish). Roll the filled chicken and fry on a low-medium heat until cooked through and crispy. Once the chicken is cooked, add the double cream to the pan to infuse this with the chicken. Cook for a minute further and serve with the remaining grated cheese.
