All Gold Festive Peach and Vanilla Trifle

All Gold Festive Peach and Vanilla Trifle

Ingredients:
2 madera loaves
850g sliced peaches in syrup
450g All gold peach jam
2 cups cream
1T vanilla paste
Method
2 cups prepared custard

Evenly slice the Madera before using the peach jam to make sandwiches. Cut the sandwiches into chunky cubes before adding half to the bottom of a serving dish for the trifle.

Pour some of the syrup over to coat the cut bread before adding some of the peaches. In a separate bowl whip the cream with the vanilla before folding through the custard.
Add some of the custard mixture to cover the peaches before repeating the process keeping the custard mixture to top of the trifle.
Set in the fridge for 2 hours before serving
