A very chocolaty trifle

A very chocolaty trifle

2 x Woolies Chocolate lamington Swiss roll, cut into slices
1 liter Woolies chocolate mousse
2 cups cream, whipped with some icing sugar to sweeten
Woolies fresh custard
Flaked chocolate

Add some of the slices of swiss roll to the bottom of a serving dish. Add some mousse followed by another layer of swis roll. Add cream then more swiss roll and finally some custard. Repeat the process until all the ingredients have been used.
Cover the top with fresh cream and decorate with some flaked chocolate and fresh berries before setting in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
