3 Ingredient Macaroons

3 Ingredient Macaroons

1 can Clover Condensed milk
4-5 cups desiccated coconut/ shredded coconut
1 Tbsp vanilla paste
Milk/ dark chocolate to drizzle

Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl stir together all the ingredients until well combined. It should be able to hold it’s shape when shaped into a ball.
Using a small ice cream scoop or two spoons, scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of the mixture and arrange into a uniform ball on the prepared baking tray. Leave about a 2cm space between each macaroon. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before drizzling with milk or dark chocolate.
