
Rainbow Pasta Salad with Clover Elite Cheddar Cheese

INGREDIENTS
200 g spaghetti
food colouring (red, yellow, blue and green)
½ cup sweet corn kernels
½ cup frozen peas
½ cup cubed Clover Elite Cheddar cheese
salad dressing of choice
METHOD
Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 10 minutes until it just started to get soft. Stir regularly to prevent it from sticking together and to the bottom of the saucepan. Drain the spaghetti through a colander or sieve.
Divide the spaghetti into four bowls. Drip a few drops food colouring into each bowl. Divide the spaghetti between the bowls and stir to colour the spaghetti. (Add a little water to the bowls to make it easier to stir).
Place the coloured spaghetti, one colour at a time, in the colander or sieve and rinse under running water.
Place the spaghetti in a serving bowl and stir in the corn, peas and cheese. Then stir the dressing through.
