We chat to Clinical Psychologist Sikander Kalla to look at the role parents play in education their children from a very young age on how they should treat females.
Raising boys can be tough, especially in a time of growing atrocities against woman from domestic violence and other vicious violations. Children begin to understand and act out gender roles and stereotypes at a very young age. Parents can play a very important role in promoting equality and respect amongst one another.
The key is to prevent violence against woman by building children’s resilience to rigid gender stereotypes at an early stage in their life
