Today we chat to fitness mogul and boss mom Rushda Moosajee better known as Rushtush, about the importance of maintaining fitness and health during pregnancy as well as bonding with your baby.

Most exercises are safe to perform during pregnancy as long as you don’t overdo it. Some exercises can help with some common discomfort and even prepare your body for labour and delivery. Exercises can do more good than harm, as long as it is comfortable and there are no other pre-existing health conditions suggesting otherwise.
