Nutrikids power shake

Makes 2 drinks
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks before being frozen
10 strawberries, frozen
3T slivered almonds, or blanched
100g Nutrikids yoghurt
2 fresh dates, pip removed
4T Nutrikids milk powder
1 1/2 cups ready to drink Nutrikids full cream milk

Add the banana and strawberry to a blender along with the almonds, yoghurt, milk powder and dates. Spoon in the Nutrikids powder before pouring in the milk and blending until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
