Durban-based entrepreneur Nomcebo Langa shares her story.
Today we celebrate entrepreneurs of South Africa and Nomcebo Langa from Durban is no exception. Nomcebo is one of four siblings and was, by her own description, a bit of an extrovert at school considering that she became Head Girl at high school and also won the award for Best Maths and Accounting Student. From an early age, Nomcebo was a independent woman, started to be at Boarding school at the age of 8 years and during school holiday working at her mothers` business to gain the entrepreneurship experience at the younger age.
She has been exposed in major companies such as Unilever, Toyota, Mr Price in respect of International Taxation and Financial Management disciplinary professional services.Working and received the international working experience from two of the four international accounting firms (Ernst and Young and PWC) for the period of 8 years has broaden the corporate expertise and business etiquette for Nomcebo as a result it increase the
confidence to start her own business with variety of exposure within the community and corporate environment.
