Makhosazana Masango "Azana" 

Multi-talented singer, songwriter Makhosazana Masango, better known as Azana joins us today to chat about her new debut album Ingoma.

Azana grew up singing endlessly and eventually she started to perform in front of crowds, this made her change her name to something a little shorter and easier to pronounce for those that struggled. Azana sets her own intentions in the music industry, she wanted to show fans and people in general that dark skin is beautiful and to embrace every moment of it. Her recently released debut album Ingoma, meaning drums speak on women empowerment.

Each of Azana songs keep climbing the ranks in charts and with her own neo-soul, afro-pop and house sound, we can see just why.
