Young published chef Josh Thirion creates a delightful treat in the loft this afternoon.
Josh first published at the age of 9, and is one of SA’s youngest authors and cooks. Recently at the Frankfurt Book Fair, The Gourmand Awards honoured the ‘Best of the Best’ books from the last 20 years and young Josh Thirion won the award for ‘Best of the Best Children’s Food Book’ with his debut cook book, ”Cook with Josh”. His second one, Bake with Josh is out now.
Josh has stated that his favourite recipe is cottage pie pots. His best kitchen tool? A knife, a sharp one. Barely out of the walking ring, Josh is quite mature and is already a role model for many young aspiring chefs.
