Jimmy Nevis

Best known for his singles “heartboxing” and “In Love With You”, we’re joined in studio by alternative pop artist, producer and fashion icon, Jimmy Nevis. Born and bred in Cape Town, Jimmy rose to fame at the young age of 22, and he’s fast becoming one of the biggest names in the South African music scene.

Even though he can fill a stadium with screaming fans, Jimmy recently did an impromptu performance of his new hit song '7764' in a Cape Town Sunway. We ask him about the inspiration behind this event as well the influence his passion for his hometown, Cape Town, has had on his music. Known for his distinctive style and wide-brimmed hats, we quiz Jimmy on his style as well as his new found love for fitness.
