We are joined by in the studio by radio personality, and philanthropist, Indlovukazi Mapule. Indlovukazi who’s real name Mapule Ngobese, is a woman who can do it all as she is not only in radio and a philanthropist, but she is also a pastor and a community leader.
Before she took up the roles of radio personality and pastor, Mapule previously been employed as a teacher for 10 years, before going on to be a managing director at Mbongeni Ngema Academy. She is now however the marketing manager, and the 9am – 12 weekday host of Inanda 88.4FM, which is the largest community radio station in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Keeping to her busy schedule, she is also a co-Director of Communications company Stone Face PTY LTD, that does PR work for the all women Maskandi group Izindlovukazi Zika Mageba Mageba and actress Brenda Mhlongo. She does all of that while being a philanthropist, establishing the Esigodlweni Sezindlovukazi Women's and Youth Organization that hosts seminars empowering women monthly.
Her life though has not been without struggle, she has had to endure a lot in her life during her younger years, to get to where she is today. As a child she had to deal with sexual and physical abuse, from a neighbour. Even when she was older she entered a 10 year relationship with someone who abused her, throughout it. She also had to deal with a number of loss, from her sister, niece, mother, and father, whom had only been in her life for a year, as he wasn’t present during her younger years.
