HHP
SA hip hop legend HHP joins us in studio to chat about his solo career and his involvement in the 'I am not a silent witness' campaign against bullying.
With 15 years’ experience as a solo artist and eight studio albums to his name, our studio guest HHP needs little introduction. A South African hip hop legend, Hip Hop Pantsula is known for his unique style of rapping in ethnic languages, mostly Setswana. He hails from Mafikeng, North West and is known for hits like 'Music and Lights' and 'Bosso Ke Mang'. He's hosted a talk show titled 'The Respect Show with HHP' which paid homage to people who left marks in their respective fields.
Jeannie and Bonang sit down with HHP to ask him about his involvement in the 'I am not a silent witness campaign' against bullying. It’s also said that HHP revolutionised the term "Bosso Ke Mang" (which roughly means "Who's the boss"). We find out who in his life, music, or in general is the boss.
