Food and aesthetics always played an important part in Hannerie Visser's life.
Having grown up on a table grape farm and inspired by her mother and grandmother, who were both domestic science teachers, Visser understood from an early age that in order to be happy, stomach and soul need to be satisfied by food and beauty. This has become her life philosophy and she put this into practice in the creative world of magazine publishing for 12 years.
She eventually left the glossy pages to form the highly regarded creative agency, The President, where she co-created and produced the Toffie Pop Culture Festival, the Toffie Food Festival and the Spier Secret Festival.
Now, in her new agency, Studio HV, Visser is combining her passion and experience in a venture that specialises in brand strategy, experience design, event production and publicity. Her client list includes magazine publishing companies, food retailers, restaurant chains and wine farms
