We're preparing a mood-boosting Nutriblast with a pilates instructor.
Pilates brings with it a set of physical movements to strengthen not just physically, but more importantly, make you mentally aware. Today we want to focus on mental health and keeping that in check through what we eat and keep active.
Today we have Antoinette from Sea Point Pilates in the lofts to show us how this beloved activity can help you stay mentally fit, and get you feeling great! We also make a NutriBlast that will strengthen the mind and keep you alert.
