
Overnight oats with pawpaw and pineapple topping

250g Clover Sip Up (any flavour)
2T steel cup oats
1T chia seeds
1t ground cinnamon
1/4 small pawpaw, peeled and roughly chunked
1/4 cup ripe pineapple, peeled and roughly chunked
1/2t vanilla paste
Combine the Clover Sip Up with the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon before mixing through to ensure the ingredients are well combined.
Place in a jar with a lid and store in the fridge overnight.
Combine the fruit with the vanilla paste and store in the fridge.
Next morning add extra fruit to the jar and cover again taking it with you as. Breakfast on the run treat.
