Cream O'Naise Potato Salad

700g small Nicola potatoes halved
3 orange sweet potatoes, quartered (preferably same size as Nicola potatoes)
2 Tbsp smokey BBQ sauce
1 – 2 Tbsp condensed milk
1Tbsp English or wholegrain mustard
1-2 cups Clover Cream O’Naise
250g bacon bits, fried until crispy
1 spring onions, sliced
1 small red onion, diced
1Tbsp oregano
½ parsley, chopped
80ml blue cheese and extra to garnish, crumbled
Salt and pepper

Method:
In a large pot with water, add the potatoes, bring to the boil and cook until tender. Drain and set aside in a bowl to slightly cool. 
In another mixing bowl combine the BBQ sauce, condensed milk, mustard and Cream O’Naise. Add the cooked potatoes, bacon and the remaining ingredients. Gently fold to combine everything. Season to taste and finish off blue cheese.
