A tapa is an appetizer or snack in Spanish cuisine. Today, Chefs Tumi and Jay create a spread of sweet summer tapas. South African legend Jack Parow is in the loft to chat about his upcoming album and perform ‘Demone’ and ‘Hosh Tokolosh’.
