Mamma Mia Mzansi, we are back and are continuing our Italian adventures! The legendary Pizza Maestro Diego Milesi, owner of Ferdinando’s Pizza, is here to take us through a pizza making masterclass.
 
Italian-born Singer-Songwriter Francesca Biancoli provides the perfect soundtrack with performances of her songs ‘Je So Pazzo’ and ‘I Was Blue’.

Diego kicks things off with his recipe to make the best Pizza Dough you’ll ever try. Later on, he teaches us how to shape and form a pizza.
 
Come along on a trip to Sicily as we show you how to make the classic Italian pastry, Cannoli’s. Pro tip: it’s important to drain the ricotta cheese to get rid of any excess moisture, we suggest using a cheese cloth or sieve.
