We catch up with Fashion Designer and Owner of Ruff Tung, Bridget Pickering, and get an inside look at a few of her favourite designs in a mini fashion show segment.

The foodie sister duo Kiki Cicam-Frauenknecht and Paola Palmieri, owners of La Bottega Deli and La Masseria Cucina, guide us through a masterclass on How to Fill and Shape Different Pastas.
Our Seasonal Fruit Smoothie is refreshing, easy to prepare, and will keep you going throughout the day. Pro tip: prepare your fruits in advance, place them into a Ziploc bag and freeze until needed. This way you don’t have to add ice when blending the smoothie.
We’re joined in the kitchen by Senior Master Chocolatier of Lindt South Africa, Buli Mzwali, with her recipe for Dark Chocolate and Coffee Ganache-Tiramisu. The decadent range of Lindt Excellence chocolate takes this classic Italian dish to the next level.
To end things off, Kiki and Paola teach us how to make Tortellini in Brodo, or “Love knot” pasta filled with a traditional meat filling, in broth. This heartwarming dish makes use of some of the pasta made in the masterclass at the beginning of the show.
