Gcobani Bobo, Jody Hendricks and Chiano Sky are on our couch this Friday.

It's Friday, but more importantly is that it is the start of the 2015 Rugby World Cup and that is the focus for today's Afternoon Express. Former Springbok centre and current commentator and analyst Gcobani Bobo chats to us about life after retiring from the field.

RSG and SABC sports anchor Jody Hendricks has risen through the ranks to become one of the most popular on-air personalities and, much like Gcobani Bobo, he's a rugby enthusiast and will be giving us a little bit of info on the Rugby World Cup.

We love coffee and donuts right? Well, why not both? Claire's in the kitchen creating the most delicious Vietnamese coffee donuts. It doesn't end there though. In keeping with the rugby theme today, she'll be making rugby ball lindt rice krispie treats.

Friday isn't Friday without a musical performance to take us into the weekend, and in the loft we have one of South Africa's most popular recording artists - Chiano Sky!
