We celebrate our 50th episode with electro-swing band GoodLuck and actress Rolanda Marais.

Performing at venues and festival all around the world, electro-swing band GoodLuck is in the studio today and will be performing as well. Juliet, Matthew and Ben will talk about the band's relatively speedy rise to fame over just a few years.

Also on our couch is seasoned actress Rolanda Marais who appears in SABC3's High Rollers and also starred in Gaz'lam, Intersexions and Canadian-South African production Charlie Jade.

In the kitchen, we've got not one but two recipes today - first, a lamb chop and butternut meal that's perfect for Sunday lunch, and a chocolate fondant that should satisfy even the sweetest tooth.
