Today we’re joined again by singer/songwriter Elvis Blue, who is tearing it up at the moment, recently winning a SAMA and he has just released a new video as well. 

We’re also joined by the cast of acclaimed playwright, Lara Foot’s new production, The Inconvenience of Wings, Kelly Schreuder is also back in the loft to share some valuable nutrition tips for kids.
