Afternoon Express sits down with Kyla-Rose Smith and Bonga Jwambi
Today, we're on the couch with two young individuals who are excelling at their craft. First up, we're chatting to Freshlyground's violinist and vocalist Kyla-Rose Smith, who not only is a musician but is involved in a variety of projects across various art mediums.
The Design Indaba is an amazing platform to introduce emerging artists and designers to a broader audience. This has been especially true to Bonga Jwambi, a furniture designer who creates trendy upcycled designs.
Also on the show, we look at 'growing paper' and in the kitchen, Clem creates a campfire cake and Magnum white almond spectacular.
Chic fashion takes creativity and vision. But to make it really work, you need a good pair of models. Cue Danilo and BonBizzle:
Danilo
Khaki shirt with top buttons from Old Khaki
Light denim dungaree, Danilo's own
White Gel-lite Asics sneakers from spree.co.za
Bonnie
Baby pink asymmetrical dress from Topshop South Africa
