We're talking cricket on Afternoon Express this Monday.
Cricket is one of South Africa's national sports and is ingrained into our heritage. The sport has become one of our country's great unifiers as well. Today on Afternoon Express, we're talking cricket. Our first guest is the legendary Omar Henry, South Africa's first non-white cricketer who played into the dying years of Apartheid.
Cricket is sporting code at many of South African schools and in the loft to talk more about cricketing at a junior level is Cricket School of Excellence's Ryan Maron.
In the kitchen, Clem makes our mouths water with a yummy waffle bread and sweet sticky short ribs recipe.
