We've got an inspirational show lined up for you as we talk health, wellness, fitness and motivation on Afternoon Express!

Radio DJ and motivational speaker Martelize Brink inspires us with her story of conquering her disability and living life to the fullest. We're also joined by the the comedian with the guitar Deep Fried Man who performs a special song in the loft.

The music doesn't end there as we also get treated to a debut performance of Chad Saaiman's new single "Don't Let Go". We're also talking health, wellness and fitness as we're our resident dietician Kelly Schreuder discusses maintaining a healthy relationship with food, our doctor Dr Chamendran Naidoo who tells us more about alternative medicine and fitness expert Lushwill Rossouw demonstrated how to tone your arms.
