There is a current water shortage problem in South Africa, with many regions experiencing mild droughts. Water supplies such as the Ixopo Dam in Kwa-Zulu Natal has seen a dip to as low as 30%, leaving nearby communities without water. Today on Afternoon Express, we invite Dave Crombie and James Styan to the loft to dissect the issue and explain what exactly is happening to the water supply.
