Today we catch up with SAMA award-winning Xhosa singer, Simphiwe Dana, as well as South Africa's "it girl", Boity Thulo. Model and travel blogger, Emma Jane Menteath, shares her knowledge with some important travel tips for women.

Designer, Katie Thompson, shows us her beautiful, functional re-purposed items and landscape artist, Cheral Kennedy, is here to teach us about mini herb gardens. In the kitchen it's all about tomatoes as we make a caprese salad and an all-purpose tomato sauce.
