Today, we have soapie legend Shaleen Surtie-Richards and 7de Laan's own Hildegardt Silkiewicz - popularly known as Bonita - in the loft talking careers and life outside of television. Hildegardt's hubby Kuba, a musician, will also be joining us.

In the kitchen, Claire does it again with a mouthwatering blueberry coconut tart, and as always that full recipe is already on our website for you too cook along with us.

That handsome doctor Chamendran Naidoo is back in the loft talking sugar in kids' diets. He'll be sitting down with Bonnie over a spot of tea and giving us the lowdown.
