This Friday is World Egg Day, and we have two egg-citing shows lined up for you! Fun fact about eggs, did you know that reed determines eggshell colour? Commercial eggs are brown or white, but some breeds can also lay blue, green, or pink eggs.
We are joined by Chef Dion Vengatass who has recently returned to SA after working in England.
