Set your timers to 15 minutes! We’re bringing you a line-up of quick midweek meals perfect for those jampacked days.
Fashion Designer & Social Media Content Creator, Tara Courtené Cannon joins us in the loft, along with her husband, Wade, and daughter, Asia.
For the first recipe, we’re jazzing up the retro prawn cocktail by bringing you a gorgeous Prawn Cocktail Salad. Pro tip: it’s important to not overcrowd the pan to ensure the temperature remains consistent. If you’re cooking a large batch, cook the prawns in smaller portions.
Wade and Tara go head-to-head in a 15 Minute Meal inspired game. Presented with a pair of ingredients, they are given 15 seconds to come up with a dish they think Pali would like.

Next on the menu is a Seared Asian Beef Salad, packed with nuts, crunchy vegetables and a ginger, lime and chili dressing. For a 4cm thick steak, cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once cooked place on a chopping board and loosely cover with foil and rest for the same amount of time before slicing, so that the juices reabsorb into the meat.
